1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://coomberconstruction.com/ (the "Site"), operated by Coomber Construction LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or request a consultation.

3. The Site is informational
The Site provides general information about our kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and flooring products and services. Content on the Site, including descriptions, images, and pricing references, is for general informational purposes only, may change without notice, and does not constitute a quote, offer, or contract. Product colors and finishes shown on the Site may vary from actual materials.

4. Consultations, quotes, and services
Submitting a consultation request or contact form does not create a contract for services. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, estimate, or contract signed by you and Cabinet & Floor Outlet. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services contract, the signed contract controls for that work.

Cabinet & Floor Outlet performs work as a licensed general contractor in accordance with applicable Florida law. License and warranty details are provided in your services contract.

5. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code
Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site except as allowed by law
Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and the Cabinet & Floor Outlet name and marks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

7. Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us about the Site or our services are provided voluntarily, and you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you. Do not send us confidential information through the Site's forms.

8. Third party links
The Site may contain links to third party websites and services we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party site. Accessing them is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinet & Floor Outlet and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cabinet & Floor Outlet and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when the latest version took effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
